"... for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you." John 14:17,18
Jesus assured us that He is our only Comforter. He was the one who dwelled with them as John says "And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us.." John 1:14 and He was the one that was to be in them.
"And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of HIS SON into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father. " Galations 4:6
