View Full Version : Evolutionary Bullying: Unsubstantiated

I think it was Nichalos that challenged me on a claim that 'Evolution Bullys' and I replied that I'd come up with examples by the 15th of June to substantiate the claim.
However, I'm still in the middle of a move and I won't have the time to put together anything decent (I could copy and paste from AiG but I wanted to do more than that). I'm more concerned with getting steam radiators sandblasted right now that I am in the study of heavy handed tactics in academia.
Therefore, I retract the claim.
My apologies for throwing out spam without having the time to back it up, that was very foolish of me -- I should've known my summer is shot.

I did? I'm sorry but I'm not sure I remember the incident in question, though out of 1,820 some posts it may have gotten lost somewhere.

Good luck with the moving.

Apology accepted. Anybody can make mistaken claims every once and a while and it's easily forgiven as long as you don't make a habit of it and admit it when it happens.
Now I'll try to remember if I actually made that comment.

In retrospect, it may have beem jmbo (sp?).
It was a good approach by him (or you) and I applaud it.

Can I just interject and say how refreshing that is? Instead of keeping your mouth shut and hoping people will forget you said anything, you admitted that you couldn't back it up (yet), withdrew your claim, and apologized. I admire the maturity that took. You are a good representative of creationists. :)

Don't get me wrong ... I would have loved to have forgotten about it.
It's just I know that the chance of an evolutionist at TWEB not calling me on it was about the same as that of life arising from non-life. (1)
Also, nearly everyone at TWEB is kind enough to cut each other slack if an honest apology is offered -- you guys make it easy. =)
