Do you know that to eat pork is a sin? Always has been always will be.
Has the religion you follow taught you that all those OLD LAWS are no longer in effect?
Maybe you should read what the great prophet Isayah wrote about those that eat swines flesh
Isa.66:17.
Do not be deceived Yahweh is not mocked, what ever you sow you will reap.

May Holy Spirit that inspired the prophets and apostles to write to us bless your understanding in your search for truth.

I eat pork, wear clothing of mixed fibers, and do all sorts of stuff that was prohibited for Israel under the Levitical law because I'm not a Jew, I'm a Gentile.

I'm pretty sure such is not necessarily the case:

9About noon the following day as they were on their journey and approaching the city, Peter went up on the roof to pray. 10He became hungry and wanted something to eat, and while the meal was being prepared, he fell into a trance. 11He saw heaven opened and something like a large sheet being let down to earth by its four corners. 12It contained all kinds of four-footed animals, as well as reptiles of the earth and birds of the air. 13Then a voice told him, "Get up, Peter. Kill and eat."

14"Surely not, Lord!" Peter replied. "I have never eaten anything impure or unclean."

15The voice spoke to him a second time, "Do not call anything impure that God has made clean."

I Agree. As Muslims, we confirm/affirm and adhere to this divine ordainance as stipulated by God Almighty.

Refer to the following proclaimations from the Quran:

2:173. "He hath only forbidden you dead meat, and blood, and the flesh of swine, and that on which any other name hath been invoked besides that of God. But if one is forced by necessity, without willful disobedience, nor transgressing due limits,- then is he guiltless. For God is Oft-Forgiving Most Merciful."

5:3. "Forbidden to you (for food) are: dead meat, blood, the flesh of swine, and that on which hath been invoked the name of other than God; that which hath been killed by strangling, or by a violent blow, or by a headlong fall, or by being gored to death; that which hath been (partly) eaten by a wild animal; unless ye are able to slaughter it (in due form); that which is sacrificed on stone (altars); (forbidden) also is the division (of meat) by raffling with arrows: that is impiety. This day have those who reject faith given up all hope of your religion: Yet fear them not but fear Me. This day have I perfected your religion for you, completed My favor upon you, and have chosen for you Islám as your religion. But if any is forced by hunger, with no inclination to transgression, God is indeed Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful."

6:145. "Say: "I find not in the Message received by me by inspiration any (meat) forbidden to be eaten by one who wishes to eat it, unless it be dead meat, or blood poured forth, or the flesh of swine,- for it is an abomination - or, what is impious, (meat) on which a name has been invoked, other than God's". But (even so), if a person is forced by necessity, without willful disobedience, nor transgressing due limits,- thy Lord is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful."

16:115. "He has only forbidden you dead meat, and blood, and the flesh of swine, and any (food) over which the name of other than God has been invoked. But if one is forced by necessity, without willful disobedience, nor transgressing due limits,- then God is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful".

An interesting perspective from Christians that forbid the consumption of pork:

Mark 7:14-15

[14] And he called the people to him again, and said to them, "Hear me, all of you, and understand:
[15] there is nothing outside a man which by going into him can defile him; but the things which come out of a man are what defile him."

Bacon is proof that God loves us.

Kosher law is proof that God has a sense of humour.

OThe god of this world genuinely loves me?

That's an interesting view. I'm glad it's your view and not mine. I would never say that about the god of this world, but if you want to embrace that view, I cannot stop you. My own view is the same as the Apostles. Check out 1 Peter 5:8.

As for me, I'm just grateful that God made bacon. Mmmmmmmmm.....

Well they say rats have a better taste.
A little sweeter and not so many worms.
Would you like to try one?

Listen, Okie, are you Jewish? If not, the dietary laws don't apply to you, and never did.
