If you follow God's commandments, you will go to heaven when you die.
Heaven is an eternal happy union with God.
Therefore, if you love God, you will have an eternal happy union with Him when you die.

There is heaven and there is the kingdom of heaven - christians are supposedly in the kingdom of heaven already, advancing it forcefully.

I correct your statement. based on this:

"If you love Me you will follow My Commandments"
If you follow G-d's Commandments you will go to heaven when you die.
If you don't follow G-d's Commandments, you will not go to heaven when you die.
Heaven is an eternal happy union with G-d not heaven is not an eternal happy union with G-d
Therefore, if you love G-d and follow His Commandments, you will have an eternal happy union with Him when u die.
