Let me know what to do, as our resident cult expert...
Share international has just run two separate radio spots on Jack FM, the station that doesn't take requests.
I didn't recognize the name, just the pitch: that a savior is coming who will acknowledge all reigions as equal.
So I looked them up and there was Benjamin Creme and Maitreya in all their phony glory...they even ran that "miraculous picture" of Maitreya appearing in the middle of a crowd.
I'm surprised they would be trying to make inroads in this most red Republican Bible Beltin state.
What would you do?

No response? I thought you would be really interested in what Creme was doing right now.

Dave, I may be clueless, but did you make Ivo aware of this thread (besides mentioning his name in the title I mean)?

I'm not sure what you mean by "Let me know what to do"

If you mean you to respond to them here's a Christian resource: http://www.watchman.org/reltop/maitrey2.htm

What would I do? Observe, question, and try to understand them.I will cruise the net and see if they have let any tracks,

What they claim will happen is what I believe happened about 160 years ago with the Baha'i Faith.

In a review of their web site and other sources I have concluded they are an offshoot of Theosophy.
