I am also curious about the tribulational flavors we have here. What I am asking is what position do you take on the timing on the Great Tribulation in the Olivet Discourse and Revelation in general. I know that a particular category may not fit everyone precisely, this is just to get a general feel for our demographics.

Would the partial preterists here agree with Wright that Jesus didn't teach the 2nd Advent? (It should be pointed out that NT Wright DOES believe in a future 2nd Advent, and does think it is found in the NT. So I saw a new story on my local news concerning billboards being spotted around the country stating that Christ would return on a very specific date in 2011, followed by God's destruction of Earth on October 1st 2011. Hello, I read a few pages on partial preterism that sort of make sense but my question is are there any "signs" under a partial preterist theology that would make you believe the end is getting near accordingly? You know the futurist position holds that there are signs that you know must mean the world is getting closer to rapturing out Christians like wars, diseases, new world order stuff, etc etc. I just didn't know if preterists hold on to any belief about signs. I highly doubt there’s a 7 year covenant that the “antichrist” will make with the Jews, and let me tell you why. First of all, there is no such covenant specifically mentioned anywhere in the NT.
