I've always thought that this was rather an ambiguous question. What is legal evidence of Christianity? I am a church member. I attend regularly. I serve said church in various capcities and there is a record of that. I have a Bible. I debate in favor of the Christian world view at Theology web. This is a lot of concrete evidence.

However, none of those things make me a Christian.

However, Jesus tells us how others will know we are His:

John 13:34-35

"I give you a new commandment: love one another. Just as I have loved you, you must also love one another. 35 By this all people will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another."

So is there evidence in my life that I love my brothers and sisters in Christ. I hope so. But that is really something only others can answer, as I am way too biased to be objective on this matter.

How much wood would a wood chuck chuck if a wood chuck would chuck wood?

Yes. The Bible when I became aware of my lostness and sinful state, which drove me to repentance.

Question

What eviidence do you have that you are truly saved? I would also like you to add Scripture for support for your answer if you would please.

Good answer

Romans 10:13, "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."

Pretty much what I did. Plus, my faith isn't a casual thing. I mess up all the time, but it rules everything of my life. I know I am saved, there's no doubt about it and God knows my heart.

Do you believe in extraterrestrial life?
