The Apostates seem to love the Book of Jeremiah, so I shall let that great Prophet of Almighty God declare their doom (Jer. 51:44-45)

44: And I will punish Bel in Babylon, and I will bring forth out of his mouth that which he hath swallowed up: and the nations shall not flow together any more unto him: yea, the wall of Babylon shall fall.

45: My people, go ye out of the midst of her, and deliver ye every man his soul from the fierce anger of the LORD.

This reveals the supernatural perfection of God's Word and Wisdom. In His Divine Forknowledge, He knew the Apostates would turn to Bel Worship, and so He told us exactly what we are to do when we see this Abomination of Desolation in the Temple of God: FLEE FROM THE BABYLONIAN CHURCH!

Likewise, the call I have received from Almighty God is revealed in the Book of Jeremiah (vs. 50:2):

Declare ye among the nations, and publish, and set up a standard; publish, and conceal not: say, Babylon is taken, Bel is confounded.

The gravity of the crimes against God documented in this post are such that we must establish all facts beyond any doubt. We must not rush to judgment - but neither must we sit silent while the Flock of God is decimated by Apostate Priests.

There is nothing new about this. The dissenters have simply succeeded in out-shouting the Orthodox and have quite successully taken over the store. As for me, I decided a long time ago to shop elsewhere.

What the Episcopalians needed was fealty to Christ - He is the Christian's only HEAD - and to the Bible, our only Mageristerium.

It is all about men and women truly dedicated to Christ gathering together. That's the true Church. Besides, a pope would be pointless if Faith in Christ were missing in the Body, he could do nothing to connect the dead body to the Head.

If Bennison had anything to do with Christ, he would immediately put both Bill and Glyn on some sort of administrative leave until the matter was settled. There is enough Prima Faci Evidence to act immediately if he cared one wit for the Church of the Living God. He acted far more decisively when he brought down the "wrath of his fornication" on the head of the wonderfully devout and faithful Priest Moyer who refused to drink from his menstruous communion cup. That story is all over the net, here's the official Episcopal telling of it, where they record these words of the deposed Priest Moyer:

We must never forget the power of God's Word! Let us proclaim it with all the vigour of the life God has given us!

I posted a number of messages on David Virtue's site condemning the pagan sex ritual devised by Bill Melnyk. When he first responded, he was slick and unrepentant.

I then posted the note below, informing him I had emailed it to every Primate in the worldwide Anglican Communion.

He imediately repented! Time will tell if it was a genuine repentance. I can NOT judge that at this time, since there is no fruit to inspect yet.

Archbishop Drexel Gomez is one of Anglican Primates to whom I sent the Battle Cry for Christ. I don't know if he read my email, but I do know that he is on fire for the sake of Christ and His Church. Here is an article from the Church of English Newspaper, dated Nov 5, 2004 (highlights added):

A fresh crisis has broken out in the Anglican Communion after the American Church published a liturgy for blessing divorce and a “women’s eucharist” promoting the worship of pagan deities.

One of the Communion’s leading figures, the West Indian Primate, Archbishop Drexel Gomez, said that America’s action showed a “total disregard” for the Windsor Report’s call for greater respect for the bonds of Communion.

The rites, Liturgy for Divorce and A Women's Eucharist: A Celebration of the Divine Feminine, were posted on the Episcopal Church’s official website, under its Office for Women’s Ministries, for use by parishes.

Conservatives in America and abroad are outraged that the pagan rite invokes “Mother God” and calls for the worship of idols condemned by the Bible, and for creating a liturgy to bless divorce.

ECUSA’s Office of Women Ministries says that the rites are to be used by parishes to honour a woman’s life passages, including menstruation, menopause, any form of pregnancy loss and forms of leave-taking.

The liturgy for divorce, which contains familiar words from the American Church’s wedding service, says: “Dearly beloved: We have come together in the presence of God to witness and bless the separation of this man and this woman who have been bonded in the covenant of marriage.”

It continues: “In creation, God made the cycle of life to be birth, life, and death; and God has given us the hope of new life through the Resurrection of Jesus Christ, our Savior. The Church recognizes that relationships follow this pattern. Love dies, and when that happens we recognize that the bonds of marriage, based on love, also may be ended.”

Archbishop Gomez expressed horror at the development. “It is a pure mockery of the rite of blessing. It’s acting with total disregard for the rest of the Communion and for the historic teaching of the Church. They are bent on going their own way.”

He said that ECUSA’s action breaches the bonds of Communion and that the issue would be raised at the next meeting of the Primates. “They will have to decide whether they wish to remain with us or not but we will not countenance that kind of behaviour and we will say so very strongly. They are on a path of self-destruction”

He said that the most that can be done at this stage is to express outrage as strongly as possible. The Ven Paul Gardner, The Chair of the Church of England Evangelical Council, called on the House of Bishops to make a strong statement, declaring how far the American Church has departed from historic teaching.

"The idea of the celebration of divorce is anathema, it shows us that the debate with ECUSA's leadership is about far more than just sexual ethics," he said.

The American Church has withdrawn the pagan rite, which it emerged was taken from a rite from Tuatha de Brighid, a clan of modern druids, but did not respond to criticisms of the liturgy for divorce. It refused to apologise for the pagan ritual, only expressing regret that it did not realise the material was copyright protected.

DOWNINGTOWN, Pa. -- An Episcopal priest who, along with his wife, was criticized by the church for being a leader of a Bucks County Druid society, has resigned from his church.

A letter distributed to parishioners Sunday said lay leaders at Saint James' Episcopal Church determined Friday that recent events would make it difficult for the Rev. William Melnyk "to continue effectively as the Rector of the church." The letter says Melnyk then said he would resign.

Melnyk and his wife, the Rev. Glyn Ruppe-Melnyk, faced possible punishment from the church after it was discovered that they were leaders of a local society of Druids, people who follow a pre-Christian practice of worshipping the sun and venerating the Earth.

It is really unfortunate that the lay leaders had to tell him to leave. If his repentance were real, it seems like his resignation would have been immediate and self-motivated since the Spirit of God would have convicted him of the depth of his sin of devising the pagan sex ritual for "two (or more)" people.

But regardless of his sins, it is the duty of all Christians moved by God on this issue to pray for his full repentance and restoration of his relationship with God. The stakes are as high as they can be - his soul hangs in the balance! He has been held captive by Satan. He had to be evicted from leadership because he was leading the childred of God into deadly error. But just as the man that Paul handed over to Satan in I Corinthians 5 was restored in II Corinthians 2, so must we pray for the restoration of Bill Melnyk. Stand in the gap, and PRAY for his soul! If he truly repents, it will be a great victory for God Who wants everyone come to repentence. This is how we defeat the devices of the devil, by praying for the salvation of all who are held in his grasp!

The most amazing thing about this whole Druid episode is that these priests in ECUSA believed they could do this so openly and with no consequences. In fact, had Christianity Today not exposed this paganism, I doubt anything would have ever happened.

I agree that it is really hard to imagine how they would be so open, but in fact it is nothing new as seen in Isaiah 3:9 "they declare their sin as Sodom, they hide it not."

I think the real reason is because the apostate rot fills both the head and the heart of most of the Episcopal leadership. Blatantly apostate Bishops like Spong remain in communion, and the Archibishop of Canterbury, Rowan Williams, himself saw no error when he was publicly initiated into a Druid Order. Remember, this is the ARCHBISHOP OF CANTERBURY. He justified his action by denying that the druid order he joined has any connection with pagan religion. I'll leave that to others to substantiate or disprove that claim. The real issue is not whether the Archbishop's brand of Druidism is as pagan as others, it is WRONG since it gives the appearance of accepting evil, and this is what all Christians - how much more for an Archbishop - are instructed to avoid at all costs.

The Apostate Wolf "Bishop" Bennison has now discarded any remnant of his sheepish camouflage. This man, who has drives out any Episcopal Priest that remains faithful to Christ and His Doctrine, has filled up his cup of fornication by officially exonerating Melnyk and his wife of any wrongdoing beyond "a small error of judgment!" In his interview posted below, he said nothing about the pagan sex ritual "for two (or more)" people that Melnyk both devised and admitted practicing each Beltaine.

There are no words left. The destruction of the Apostate Episcopal Church is happening right now, before our eyes.

Here Bennison identifies every Christian who holds the true Faith of Christ with the perjorative "right-wing".

In his first interview since the scandal erupted last month, Bennison, leader of the Diocese of Pennsylvania, said the Rev. William Melnyk and the Rev. Glyn Ruppe-Melnyk had taken part, as students of pre-Christian Celtic spirituality, in "exploratory thinking" with Druid circles.

"Exploratory thinking" is typical Epsicopal double-speak for rank apostasy.

But his discussions with the couple, he said, convinced him that they had not led any Druid groups or joined nature-worshiping Druid rites.

"They made a small error of judgment that has been very costly to their ministry and their church, and the church at large," Bennison said.

An outspoken church liberal, Bennison balanced his criticism of the couple with a determination that the diocese be "a safe place" for theological experimentation.

Melnyk resigned Saturday as rector of St. James' Church in Downingtown, after the parish vestry board asked him to step down because of the scandal. His wife remains rector of St. Francis-in-the-Fields Episcopal Church in Malvern, with the support of her vestry.

Praise God for his faithful remnant who ran the apostate Melnyk out!

The couple's involvement in Druid circles surfaced late last month when the national church's office of women's ministry posted two of their Druidic liturgies on its Web site for possible use in developing feminist liturgies. One was a eucharistic service praising "God the Mother."

The crime was infinitely worse than what this suggests. It was nothing short of explicit worship of a false god!

Christian watchdog groups - particularly conservative ones enraged at the Episcopal Church USA's gay-rights stances and liberal theologies - pounced. They accused Episcopal officials of promoting pagan rites. The church quickly removed the liturgies, but the furor continued.

On Thursday, the Melnyks wrote letters of apology, saying they "recanted and repudiated" their Druid connection. The goal of the work, they said, had been to reach out to marginal Christians.

Bennison said he would send written reprimands, called "pastoral directions," to the couple.

In other words, DO NOTHING - even while he busies himself endless driving out every remnant of Faithful Priests!

Melnyk - using the name OakWyse - had posted an Internet call to worship for those "who believe in the underlying unity of all faiths that follow the ideals of love for the Divine, love for sister and brother Human Beings, and doing harm to no one."

Bennison said Melnyk "will be directed to be much more aware of what he says and does, . . . that, as a priest, he is responsible not simply for his own reality but for others' perceptions of his reality."

Yes, that's right. Its not time yet to reveal the full depth your apostasy. You thought it was time, after all, since the Episcopal Church has long embraced blatant and explicit apostates like Bishop Spong, unrepentant divorced homosexual Bishops like Robinson, and explicit Druidry of the Archbishop of Canterbury himself!

Also, the bishop said, Ruppe-Melnyk's "God the Mother" service "is not a Christian rite as most people would understand Christianity." But the church has many alternative rites, he said, "and Glyn has never used it as Christian worship or even in private prayer."

This is a blatant lie. They were both practicing these rituals. Melnyk admitted it concerning Beltaine, and there is no reason whatsoever to believe that Ruppe-Melynk failed to practice the apostasy she preached!

Bennison said the Institute on Religion and Democracy, a conservative Christian group in Washington, fomented the scandal by alerting Christian media to Ruppe-Melnyk's online rite.

The institute, Bennison said, aims "to intimidate people in our church who would exercise theological imaginations, who would think out of the box. . . . We want a church where people can fail and be forgiven rather than a church where no one takes risks."

"Theological imaginations" is another Episcopal buzz-word properly translated as apostasy.

Erik Nelson, research associate for the institute's Episcopal Action Project, said he was surprised Bennison "would continue to defend [the two priests] when they repented and admitted it was wrong."

"There are ways of getting women to be more involved, within the bounds of Christian orthodoxy," Nelson said. "But they had a rite encouraging worship of a goddess, and it was wrong and should have been repudiated not only by the priests but the women's office."

Bennison said that the couple remained priests in good standing in the diocese, and that Melnyk was receiving financial support from both his old parish and the diocese's clergy emergency fund.

Melnyk had served as rector for only two years, to his wife's four, "so he didn't have as much confidence among the people to be able to survive the attacks that came at him," the bishop said.

"This has been devastating to him, this Christian man, this priest of the church," Bennison said. "If he wants to go back to work, I'll talk to him about that."

Ruppe-Melnyk, reached at her church yesterday, said, "We are just trying to keep from escalating an unfortunate and misrepresented situation."

Melnyk has not responded to requests for comment.
